Prof. Dr. RWIGAMBA Balinda, the Founder and President of Kigali Independent University, visited the community at ULK Gisenyi Campus.
On Friday, November 1st, 2024, Prof. Dr. Rwigamba Balinda, the Founder and President of ULK, visited the Kigali Independent University Gisenyi Campus to introduce the institution’s visionary philosophy to the new students.
The event began with a warm welcome from Deputy Vice Chancellor of Academics, Lecturer Hagumimana Frank, who encouraged both students and lecturers to extend a heartfelt reception to Prof. Dr. Rwigamba Balinda.
